Returns & Reshipping

No Returns on Opened Products

Due to the research-grade nature of our compounds, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used products. This policy exists to maintain the integrity of our supply chain and the safety of all researchers.

Free Reshipment for Damaged or Lost Orders

If your order arrives damaged, was lost in transit, or the cold-pack failed to maintain adequate temperature, we will reship your order at no cost. Contact support@nownix.com with your order number and a description of the issue within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery).

Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect product, contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement and provide return instructions for the incorrect item.

Unopened Product Returns

Unopened, intact products may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. All approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Contact support@nownix.com before shipping any items back — unauthorized returns will not be processed.

How to Initiate a Claim

Email support@nownix.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and any relevant photos (for damaged packages). We will respond within 1 business day.
